You can get started by emailing me, felix@guntrip.co.uk, and letting me know what you'd like and where you live.
I'll take the item off sale and get back to you quickly. Payment can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or cash if you're local. Once payment is made, I'll safely package the item and get it in the post to you.
Payments should be made to my business bank account, I'll share the details with you.
For sales within the UK, I'll send the item with DPD. This means you should have the item within 48 hours. Postage and packaging should be around £12.
For international sales, we can discuss the best courier to use. There may be some items that I don't believe will survive a trip internationally, for those I will most likely have to decline the sale.
If you're local to Bournemouth, or fancy a day at the seaside, you're very welcome to come and pick up the item from my studio.
I'll package the item so it will survive a decent drop but I've also seen parcels arrive with tyre tracks on them, so sometimes it's not possible to prepare for what happens to the parcel. I send everything insured so if the item does arrive damaged, I'll refund you and chase the courier myself. I'll probably ask for you to send the broken pieces back to me.
If you (or a child, cat, etc.) breaks an item after you've received it, please do contact me. I can advise ways to repair a lot of breakages and would be happy for you to deliver the item for me to fix.
By law, you have 14 days to change your mind and return the item. Contact me first to arrange and please hang onto the original packaging so it gets back safely!
I don't accept returns on commissions but please do speak to me, if you're not satisified, I might be able to modify or re-make the item.
Unless otherwise stated, everything I make features a small "Guntrip" mark, usually on the bottom.
